I have worked with LJB & Co for over 10 years. They have consistently delivered a solid and reliable recruitment service with the minimum fuss and without the usual 'hard-sales' approach.
I have used LJB & Co for over six years and have nothing but praise for the level of service I have received. The quality of candidates has always been second-to-none and I would certainly recommend LJB&Co to other business users.
LJB & Co is one of the best agencies I have come across. Their tenacious attention to detail and their work ethic is of the highest level. They approach all challenges in a consultative manner, taking the time to listen to clients and by being respectful of all constructive feedback after interviews. They thoroughly vet all their candidates in accordance with my needs resulting in the majority of candidates called for interview are suitable for the role, saving me valuable interview time. I would have no hesitation in recommending LJB & Co as they are at the top of their game.
I have used LJB & Co as my preferred agency of choice for almost 10 years. They are a completely ethical and trustworthy organisation with a thorough understanding of the Construction industry and most importantly, of our organisation. I rarely have the need to seek personnel from any other source.
LJB & Co quickly gained an understanding of our requirements by listening to us and taking the time to understand how we work. We get a lot of calls from recruitment companies promising the best candidates on the market and then failing to deliver on those promises however, LJB & Co have always supplied us with good quality candidates.
LJB & Co has successfully partnered our business for approximately three years. I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of their recruitment process, from the initial liaison qualifying my requirements, to the submission of relevant CV’s with detailed interview notes through to their diplomatic final stage negotiation. They have set themselves apart with their quick & efficient response to my requirements.
